Wikipedia is all about information, and for that information
database technology is so important. Without information technology system
Wikipedia will be nothing because, that’s all about database and information.
People visit Wikipedia for the information and if the database system does not
retrieve information then visiting Wikipedia will be worthless.

logical view works for different users and their perceptions. Query is the
example is Logical view. Logical view is a link with query, and different users
get their data differently.

If the information contained in Wikipedia database is low
quality then everyone who uses the Wikipedia will get harmed. Because,
information is valuable but misinformation is dangerous. According to my
professor of IT “Misinformation is better than no information”. The big portion
of total population is using Wikipedia every day for every kind of information.
If the quality of the information is low quality then they will be either
misguided which is unethical or will find alternatives.
Five common characteristics of a high quality information are Accuracy, Completeness, Consistency, Uniqueness and timeliness.
